Universe coverage
StockEars focuses primarily on U.S.-listed equities and related symbols in our research universe. Coverage can change as listings are added or removed. Not every security worldwide is available.
Prices and market history
Price and historical OHLC data are sourced from third-party market data providers configured for a given deployment. Quotes may be delayed. Corporate actions, splits, and adjustments can affect historical series.
Company profiles and fundamentals
Company names, sectors, industries, descriptions, logos, and many fundamental metrics may come from third-party data providers, depending on which sync paths are enabled. Ratios and scores (for example quality-related metrics) may be provided by a vendor or derived by StockEars from underlying inputs.
Earnings dates and related fields
Earnings calendar dates, sessions, and related history may be assembled from provider calendars and ticker-level earnings APIs. Dates can be tentative, change without notice, or differ across vendors. Always confirm with the company IR calendar or official filings when timing matters.
Derived metrics (hype, quality, screeners)
Hype scores, quality scores, win rates, run-ups, volatility measures, and screener outputs are calculated by StockEars from stored price and fundamental inputs. They are research helpers—not predictions or recommendations. Methodology summaries appear in product tooltips and help materials where available.
Analyst estimates and targets
Where shown, analyst ratings, targets, or estimates come from third-party sources and reflect opinions that can be wrong or outdated. Different sites may show different consensus values because they use different analyst sets.
Quality control
We use automated sync jobs and operational checks to keep data current. It is still impossible to guarantee perfect accuracy across thousands of tickers. Spot-check critical numbers before you rely on them.
Provider terms
Third-party providers have their own terms of use and redistribution rules. StockEars licenses or accesses data under those terms for display inside the Service. Redistributing raw vendor feeds outside StockEars may be prohibited.
How to report issues
If a ticker, price, earnings date, or fundamental looks wrong, use Contact Us and include the symbol plus what you expected to see. We investigate using upstream providers when possible.
